FEES
Counselling Appointments:
Appointments are 1 hour in duration. The first counselling appointment covers:
gaining a detailed understanding of your needs
establishing your goals and what you would like to achieve
answers to any questions you may have about the process or values of the
counsellor
the confidentiality agreement
working on the presenting issues
For the first session only, please arrive 10 minutes before the appointment
time.

Prices:
1 hour appointments (with no mental health plan)
- $140.00
1 hour appointments (with mental health plan) - $90.00
Cancellation policy: For everyone’s consideration, please ensure that if you need to cancel an appointment give us 24 hours notice. Remember that good therapy does require commitment and you will get the return on investment.
